- PER VIRGINIA PIERCING LAWS, BODY PIERCING IS AN AGE REGULATED PROCEDURE. THEREFORE, WE CANNOT PIERCE ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 THAT IS EMANCIPATED.
- Virginia 18.2,371.3 - No person shall tattoo or perform body piercing for hire or consideration on a person less than 18 years of age, knowing or having reason to believe such person is less than 18 years of age except: Also, please note that, these are two of the few places that will pierce minors near me in the Hampton Roads area.

(ii) When done by or under the supervision of a medical doctor, registered nurse or other medical services. Personal licensed pursuant to the title 4.1 in the performance of their duties.
At Finders keepers, we would like to pierce anyone who wants a piercing. However, we are very strict about following the piercing laws set forth by the Commonwealth of Virginia (DPOR) and the federal government. We do not make exceptions for anyone.

- Child's Birth Certificate (Original)
- If Legal Guardian, we require documented proof of Legal Guardianship.
